This document comprises the risk assessments for all aspects of the footballing activity in the 2020/2021 season for Long Crendon FC and Long Crendon Ladies FC. All players and coaches associated with the club will be required to read this, and a separate “individuals responsibilities” summary before signing to confirm their awareness and acceptance. Any attendee (player, coach or spectator) that has any concerns they can raise them, anonymously if preferred, with the Team Manager, Vice Chairman and or the COVID Officer at any time.
